Guide -

  1. We will begin by setting up all the courses here the first thing that you see are all the courses, change them as you wish, you can change the name and the photo inside. And now click on any of the courses and you will see a database called Master Syllabus Tracker, inside this write down all the topics for that course, and mark them as completed as you go. The percentage of completion and all other properties can be seen by switching the view from Gallery to Table. Here you can also add course notes and your grades for each course.
  2. The second database we have is Project and Tasks, here go to the table view for the database and change all your task and project as you want you can set the status and the due date for the task you can also link it with the specific course for later on. You can also add parent project and sub tasks but personally it’s just better to add a new project for it. Changing the view to Todo List Today shows you your today list for today, and the view for upcoming this week, shows you everything that is upcoming in the week.
  3. The third database is your daily journal, the date is set automatically, and you can write the highlight for the day, and you can change the mood that you felt for that day.
  4. The fourth database is your work progress accounting here begin with writing the Entry for that work, and then set the date, and finally set a project status.
